So I was sitting in my hotel in Istanbul just playing on my computer with the photos I had taken, when I really started listening out the window of the room. 

When I tell people that I went to Turkey, most of them think I went into the desert and lived in a tent or some type of hut.  That is probably what I thought before I went, but it was a thriving city. A very large, thriving city.  So I thought I would take the time and record what was going on.  Taking my two mics and hanging them out the window of my third story room I recorded the link above.

It's not a lot, not really that different from what you hear in a city in America.  I guess that is what I proved.  Nothing exciting, just the same sounds from a different place.
