If you are not already using LinkedIn you should be. It is a great place to keep in contact with other business people and build professional relationships. Just remember, that you need to be a part of the community, don’t just link to people and expect them to buy what you are selling or even care who you are. Help them with their problems, show them what you do then eventually they will know who you are based on your knowledge and abilities.
